VHSL Clinic - NEW!
The annual VHSL Spring Clinic will be held on Saturday, February 6th at South County High School in Fairfax County. Registratation begins at 7:30am and the clinic will begin promptly at 8:15am. As in previous years, RSRA will combine with CSOA for the Spring meeting. Any VHSL official who will not be able to attend must contact

Don't Have a 2010 Patch?? - NEW!
There is one local opportunity left to get that 2010 patch. A Recertification Clinic will be held for Grades 8, 9 & 12 on the dates/times/location listed below:
February 15th & 16th, 6:00-9:00, Courthouse Community Center - Stafford (Must Attend both sessions)

If you can't make this recertification you MUST go out of the area to find a clinic or you will not be able to officiate USSF matches in 2010. If you have any questions please contact Tim Piester.
New Referee Clinic - NEW!
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a referee there will be one more local clinic for New Grade 8 Referees.
Attendance at all three sessions is required. A field module is planned prior to the start of the Spring season and will be mandatory for new officials. Dates/times/location for the New Referee Clinic is as follows:
12 Feb 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM; 13 & 14 Feb 8:30 AM -6:00 PM; Rowser Building, Stafford

Clinic Registration - NEW!
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES: To be certified as a USSF and Metro DC-Virginia State Referee Program referee you must complete all of the following five steps:
1. Register as a referee at USSF.
a. Use the login and ID that is printed on the form to which your referee registration card was attached, or register as a new user if this is your first time signing up..
b. Follow the directions on the website.
c. PRINT CONFIRMATION PAGE AND BRING THE PRINTED PAGE TO CLASS.
NOTE: If you have lost you login ID or password use the 'forgot password?' at USSF.
2. Pay Registration Fee, which for Referee Grade 8, 9 or 12 is $65.00. You must pay by credit card while registering at US Soccer.
NOTE: Before the next step you must wait 24 hours while the databases are updated.
3. Sign up for class at MDCVSRP.
a. Login using the same login ID and password as you used in step one.
b. Open your profile and select a class.

RSRA OFFICIALS WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MATCH FOR ANY AGE GROUP TO BE PLAYED WITHOUT PROPERLY SECURED GOALS.
OFFICIALS ASSIGNED BY RSRA AFFILIATED ASSIGNORS WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE VIOLATED THIS POLICY WILL NO LONGER BE ASSIGNED MATCHES BY RSRA ASSIGNORS.
